Warehouse Associate in Hatfield, Massachusetts at Spring Valley

From our 8 blending locations and multiple shipping locations, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co-ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. Our Hatfield, MA plant is eagerly seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping
• Mixing/blending material for fertilizer and ice melter
• Assembling orders and palletizing
• Shrink Wrap Pallets
• Load/Unload trucks
• Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings.
• Operating a front end loader to transport bulk materials
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)

Pay & Perks:

• $18.00-$20.00+ per hour starting pay based on experience.

• Previous experience and comfortability in forklift operation, including stacking pallets 2-3 high is a plus!
• Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
• Ability to work 1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday)

• The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
• Pass a post-offer drug screen
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably
