• Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets to identify insights and answer business questions.
• Lead data investigations, own analytical solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
• Perform analytical research, hypothesis testing, and modeling to support strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with data analysts, managers, and client-facing teams to deliver analysis within agreed timelines and objectives.
• Provide technical expertise and feasibility assessments to support business and sales initiatives.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical technical solutions and analytical approaches.
• Act as a key resource for insights projects and support effective communication across teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve analytical workflows.
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance productivity, including AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute ideas and proactively support improvements beyond assigned responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and performing advanced data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Proficiency with database query and programming tools such as SQL, Python, and JSON.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis.
• Experience translating SQL queries into shell scripts for automation and execution.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new tools, methodologies, and technologies.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback to support team improvement.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies is a plus.
• Experience in media measurement, audience analytics, or related industries is a plus.
