The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.
IT Technician Duties:
· Perform network administration tasks to ensure connectivity and availability of IT resources.
· Provide basic training to employees on new software, systems, and best practices for IT security.
· Assist with setting up new user accounts and workstations, including configuring email, printers, and other essential software.
· Manage computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain company hardware, including computers, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
· Ensure that software licenses are up-to-date and manage software updates and patches.
· Utilize tools such as Remedy, Jira, and SCCM for ticketing, issue tracking, and system management.
· Maintain Office suite applications and provides user support to staff.
· Aid with mobile device setup and troubleshooting.
Requirements:IT Technician Experience:
· Proven experience in network administration and computer management.
· Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to quickly resolve technical issues.
· Familiarity with IT tools such as Jira, Remedy, SCCM for issue tracking and system management.
· Knowledge of DNS settings and their impact on network performance.
