About the position:

If you are looking to own your own portfolio, upskill within a rapidly growing business, and transition into full-lifecycle recruiting, this is the perfect next step for your career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Run the hiring process from start to finish, handling everything from writing and putting up the job ad all the way through to welcoming the new hire on their first day.
- Maintain and grow candidate pipelines across our ATS (Rippling), Seek, and LinkedIn to make sure we are connected with great talent for our growing showrooms.
- Manage all interview scheduling and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates ensuring a perfect fit for our high-performing showroom teams.
- Work closely with our showroom managers to understand who they need to hire, helping them through the process and making things as easy as possible for them.
- Maintain our recruitment system by updating candidate details, notes, and background checks immediately so our hiring data is always accurate.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by providing new hires with the necessary resources, orientation, and support to ensure a positive integration into our showroom teams.
What are we seeking?
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a similar fast-paced recruitment support role.
- Experience writing clear, compelling, and strategic job descriptions, with a knack for promoting brand values and culture to candidates.
- Comfortability using ATS or HRIS platforms and coordinating calendar management across multiple stakeholders.
- A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills who thrives on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive organisational skills, and the flexibility to respond to changing work demands in a rapidly growing environment.
What we offer:
- Move beyond basic admin and gain hands-on experience running end-to-end campaigns, conducting interviews, and making a national impact on our retail footprint.
- Enjoy a supportive, Monday - Friday corporate culture in our beautiful, modern Kew office, with plenty of nearby parking options available.
- Fast-track your professional development and expand your horizons as we rapidly scale internationally.
- Free, confidential access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family.
- Generous staff discounts on our fine jewellery, plus 20% off for your friends and family.
- An extra week of paid leave every year to support a charity close to your heart.
- We sponsor a child in need via Baptist World Aid for every full-time team member who joins us.
