• Respond to residential service calls in a professional and timely manner
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, water heaters, sewer problems, and fixture malfunctions
• Present customers with Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options using upfront pricing
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on plumbing systems and fixtures
• Conduct thorough system inspections and recommend preventive solutions
• Maintain accurate job documentation using Housecall Pro software
• Collect payments and discuss financing options when applicable
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• Follow all safety procedures and plumbing codes

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
