Pest Control Technician / Exterminator

$20–23/hour + Performance Bonuses + Company Vehicle + Paid Training

Schedule: Full-time position. Typical workweek is Monday through Friday with occasional seasonal overtime.

What You'll Do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
• Perform pest control and extermination services safely and effectively
• Educate customers on preventing future pest problems
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service
• Complete service reports using company software
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around insects and rodents
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test
• Must be able to meet respirator fit requirements.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing
