Accountabilities:

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems while working independently in a remote environment.

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Experience in customer service, support, troubleshooting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
