The professional will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing commercial opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. - Manage sales and service activities for customers with lower complexity, ensuring achievement or exceeding of sales targets.
- Maintain profitability and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts through consistent customer engagement.
- Visit customers and operational sites according to the established territory and account plans.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market movements.
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships, participating in business reviews when required.
- Promote and sell the assigned product portfolio according to established priorities and commercial strategies.
- Conduct customer training and post-sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain account documentation, reports, visit schedules, and relevant customer information.
- Monitor competitors and provide market insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer safety requirements, and operational standards.

- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related areas.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to work with electronic reports.
- Active category B driver’s license and availability for regional travel.
- Strong customer focus and ability to prioritize activities.
