Family Service & Pre-Need Advisor:
Compassionate Service. Meaningful Relationships. Rewarding Career.
Are you someone who naturally connects with people, earns trust quickly, and thrives in a face-to-face environment? Do you have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or relationship-based sales? If so, we may have an opportunity unlike any other.
We are seeking one Family Service & Pre-Need Advisor to help families navigate one of life's most difficult moments while building long-term relationships that provide peace of mind for the future.
This is a unique opportunity to combine meaningful service with a rewarding sales career. You'll make a difference in the lives of families while building a successful career with paid training, hourly pay, and uncapped commission potential.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will meet with families following the loss of a loved one and guide them through the cemetery and memorialization process with compassion, professionalism, and care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting families with cemetery property and memorialization arrangements following a death.
- Providing exceptional customer service during a sensitive and emotional time.
- Building genuine relationships based on trust, empathy, and integrity.
- Following up with families after services to ensure their needs have been met.
- Educating families about advance planning options for their own future cemetery and memorial needs.
- Generating pre-need sales opportunities through relationship building, follow-up, referrals, and community outreach.
- Maintaining accurate CRM activity and managing your sales pipeline.
- Representing the cemetery with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
Why This Career Is Different
This is not a high-pressure sales position. Success comes from serving families with genuine care, earning their trust, and helping them make informed decisions that bring peace of mind for generations.
The most successful people in this role are those who truly enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and becoming a trusted resource within their community.
If you are passionate about helping people, building lasting relationships, and creating a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential, we would love to speak with you.
Apply today and discover a career where compassion and sales excellence come together to make a lasting difference.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has a proven background in customer service and face-to-face relationship building.
- Enjoys meeting people and developing long-term relationships.
- Possesses strong listening skills and emotional intelligence.
- Can communicate with compassion, confidence, and professionalism.
- Has experience in consultative sales, hospitality, retail sales, customer-facing service industries, or another relationship-driven profession.
- Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Maintains integrity, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

- No cemetery experience is required. We provide training for the right individual with the heart to serve and the desire to succeed.
A Great Opportunity for Career Re-Entry
This position is an excellent fit for individuals returning to the workforce, including mothers whose children are now in school or are becoming more independent. The relationship-building, customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills developed through managing a household and raising a family often translate exceptionally well into this role.
