About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fixed asset accounting, intercompany reconciliations, financial controls, and management reporting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting policies.The incumbent will develop and maintain dashboards, analyse financial and operational data, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and supporting audit and automation initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and reporting.
About You
The successful candidate should have:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Data Science. Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, CA Finalist Articles complete or equivalent) will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge and 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Analysis. Experience in fixed asset accounting, and intercompany reconciliations is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience using Power BI, Tableau, MS Power Tools, or Python will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
