You will be responsible for building responsive emails from approved content, creative assets, templates, and campaign instructions.
The position combines technical email production, quality assurance, organization, and attention to visual detail.
You will ensure every campaign is accurately formatted, functional across devices, and consistent with brand and accessibility standards.
Working within structured workflows, you will collaborate with marketing teams to manage revisions, resolve issues, and meet production deadlines.

• Build responsive marketing emails using Stripo, Klaviyo, or similar drag-and-drop email builders based on approved copy, images, layouts, links, and brand guidelines.
• Recreate email designs and templates accurately while maintaining visual consistency and production quality.
• Update, adapt, and repurpose existing email modules and templates according to campaign requirements.
• Format email components including text, images, buttons, backgrounds, dividers, product sections, spacing, and other layout elements.
• Ensure emails render correctly and consistently across desktop and mobile devices and common email clients.
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks, including proofreading, link validation, image verification, alt text, personalization fields, formatting, spacing, and layout consistency.
• Prepare completed emails for internal review and implement feedback and requested revisions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple email production requests simultaneously while consistently meeting established deadlines.
• Organize creative assets, templates, project files, and naming conventions according to established team standards.
• Proactively identify missing or unclear campaign information, assets, links, or instructions and communicate questions to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Follow accessibility requirements, production workflows, email best practices, and brand guidelines throughout the creation process.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

• At least 2 years of experience in email production, digital marketing, web content production, graphic production, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Stripo, Klaviyo, or another drag-and-drop email production platform.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in formatting, links, copy, imagery, spacing, and layout.
• Experience working with established templates, workflows, production processes, and brand standards.
• Basic understanding of responsive email design and how emails render across different devices and email clients.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for identifying and troubleshooting email formatting issues is preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Strong proofreading and quality control abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly when information is incomplete or unclear.
• Proactive and dependable approach to production work, with confidence to ask questions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams is an advantage.
