Dishwasher / Utility Worker

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure compliance with health and safety standards

- Assist in food prep and kitchen cleanup as needed

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing

- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling

- Support kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dishwashing or utility role preferred but not required

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads

- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service is a plus
