Position Summary
Join Jet Aviation's as a Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate the Team work on Wide/Narrow Body completion & MTX projects.
You will work pro-actively with other supervisors to encourage global team development and communication.
You will ensure the flawless execution of complex aircraft completion projects by managing daily workflows, maintaining the highest quality standards, and fostering collaboration with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers. Your leadership will be key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Your role
- Coordination and development of weekly planning in conjunction with Manager
- Supervision of installation tasks within the completion projects, ensuring quality, cost and schedule goals are met
- Liaises with the internal customers and providers (engineering, shops, departments...) on problems / modifications
- Ensures the correct use of tools and equipment
- Ensures and controls quality, conformity, reliability and traceability
- Ensures timely progressive sign-off of task cards and documentation
- Develops and/or improves working processes and core competences of his team
- Supervises the safety and security of his team, including team area organization, cleanliness, developing 5S actions and control
- Sets example and expectation by working jobs themselves
- Participates to interviews for new members of their teams
- Encourages job skill development and personal growth within the team
- Leads, instruct and motivate personnel in order to achieve efficiency
- Implements any corrective action resulting from audits (internal and external)

Your profile
- Familiar with aviation authorities (FOCA, EASA, FAA)
- Knowledge and understanding of aviation documentation (AMM/SRM/IPC)
- Knowledge and understanding of Jet Aviation's internal documentation (TI, Job cards, MTT, DWG's...)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, as well as with SAP, SmarTeam
- Possesses the appropriate COSQ (Certificate Of Special Qualification)
- Completed apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation industry
- Experience in leading a team
- Familiar with Part 145 and Part 21G regulations
- Fluent in English (B2 level or above); French or German is a plus
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
