Prep Cook in Middleton, Massachusetts at Maggie's Farm

Maggie’s Farm is looking for a dependable, hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll help prepare fresh ingredients, keep the kitchen organized, and support the line cooks in delivering consistently great food. We are looking for someone with high volume experience, as this is an incredibly busy location.

Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is reliable, works efficiently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, chop, portion, and prepare ingredients
• Follow recipes and established preparation standards
• Label, date, rotate, and properly store food
• Stock kitchen stations and assist with inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist line cooks and other team members as needed
• Complete opening and closing prep duties
