This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative, analytical, and client-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic agency environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining clear communication and effective coordination between clients and internal teams.
  • Manage account priorities, workflows, deliverables, and timelines using established agency processes and frameworks.
  • Oversee day-to-day budgets, forecasts, and revenue pacing, identifying and escalating variances, risks, or concerns as appropriate.
  • Monitor contractual requirements and potential scope considerations, partnering with Account Directors to address issues and maintain alignment.
  • Support RFP responses, renewals, and account growth initiatives by contributing account insights, documentation, and strategic input.
  • Assist with proformas, forecasts, planning materials, reporting, and other information used to support client and internal decision-making.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing informed updates, recommendations, and account perspectives.
  • Apply industry knowledge, performance data, and reporting insights to inform client recommendations and account planning.
  • Provide guidance, coordination, performance feedback, and mentoring to Account Managers and Coordinators based on account needs and scope.
  • Partner with Account Directors to align on account priorities, escalation requirements, and overall client strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years of account management experience within an agency environment.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including experience with budgets, forecasting, and revenue pacing.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing and B2C/B2B principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Strategic thinking, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Forward-thinking approach with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines and teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Remote candidates across the United States are welcome; proximity to Sarasota or Denver is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Compensation of $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) with matching contributions.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Paid volunteer opportunities.
  • Company-supported charitable events.
  • Collaborative, creative, and engaging team environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
