Job Description
CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineering Test Manager / UAT Lead position for our client.
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead end-to-end testing and UAT activities across the project lifecycle.
Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
Coordinate testing across business users, QA/testing teams, developers, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
Manage testing scope, quality, schedule, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Ensure testing aligns with project requirements, business objectives, and client expectations.

Test Planning and Execution
Defect Management and Triage
Stakeholder Management
SDLC and STLC
Agile and Waterfall methodologies
JIRA, ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Experience:
Strong experience managing end-to-end software testing and UAT.
Experience leading test programs and coordinating cross-functional testing teams.
Experience developing test strategies, plans, cases, execution schedules, and acceptance criteria.
Strong defect management and stakeholder communication experience.
Experience managing testing delivery, risks, quality, scope, and schedules.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
