Hello, Toy Applicants, we are so excited about this holiday season and look forward to serving as many children as possible. This program is only for children who, due to circumstances, may not be able to receive toys during the holiday season. This program wants to ensure that underserved families receive help during the holidays and can provide their children with gifts. Currently, we are not asking for income verification, and we use an honor system.This is NOT a program for everyone to sign up for free toys. The toy donations we receive must go to children who are in need. We are asking that you upload images of a Medi-Cal card for each child.

The SF Firefighters Toy Program 2025application process has adopted new guidelines for individual families.

Applications are online only, and we accept1 application per family. Duplicate applications will be deleted.

Applicants can apply for toys online using this web portal. Applications are available for children ages 0to12years old.Due to the overwhelming demand, all appointments are based on a lottery system with priority given to those families who have not received toys from us in the past.

If your application is chosen, you will receive an email from the Toy Program with a link to our appointment calendar. You will be able to pick the day and time of your choosing. Make sure to pick the date and time that works for you. If you miss your appointment, your application will be marked complete, and you WILLNOTbe able to reschedule.

The parent or guardian picking up the toys must be the person on the application. We require to see the same documentation used on the application when picking up the toys.

Only the parents of the child or the legal guardian are allowed to apply for toy donations. If you are a legal guardian, you must show documentation stating you are the legal guardian of the child. If you are a legal guardian, please send an email with the documentation attached to (patty.toyprogram@gmail.com).

When you arrive at your appointment, you will be asked to provide proof of your appointment day.
