Regional Title Manager in Southern Maine/Greater Portland, Maine at The Masiello Group

Great East Title serves real estate brokerages and lenders across Maine and New Hampshire, guiding buyers, sellers, agents, and loan officers through every step of the closing process. We're looking for a Regional Title Manager to grow our market share and manage our client relationships in Central Maine.

This is a relationship role first. You'll cultivate current relationships, build new relationships with agents and lenders, and be the person clients count on from contract to closing — including sitting across the table as the closing officer and notary on closing day — with your team alongside you every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct real estate closings at the table in person and via Remote Online Notarization.
• Maintain existing relationships and cultivate new business to grow our market share across the region.
• Exhibit a high amount of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Travel throughout the region to real estate and lender offices.
• Serve as the client's point of contact on title status, communicating when title is clear or when curative action is needed.
• Schedule closings.

• Must be a Maine and New Hampshire Notary (or willing to obtain)
• Prior experience in title, real estate, or sales preferred
• Reliable transportation for regional travel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering first-class customer service

Compensation:

$35,000–$45,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission.

New Regional Title Managers also get a $3,000/month guaranteed minimum for their first three months while they build their book of business. Total compensation grows from there with production — Regional Title Managers earn typically between $85,000–$125,000.

The compensation range listed above reflects a good-faith estimate of the pay Great East Title reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting, in accordance with applicable state pay transparency laws. Actual pay may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors. This position also includes commission which is uncapped and based on individual performance. Any total compensation range shown reflects typical earnings inclusive of commission and is provided for illustrative purposes only; it is not guaranteed.
