Key Responsibilities - Prepare a wide range of sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, and hand rolls, with precision and consistency. - Ensure all ingredients meet the highest standards for freshness and quality. - Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall guest experience. - Maintain an organized, efficient, and sanitary workspace. - Manage inventory and communicate supply needs proactively. - Uphold presentation and service standards for every seating. - Travel between company locations and events as needed. - Train new staff on company standards, techniques, and procedures.
