🔧 Complete maintenance work orders
⚡ Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general repairs
🏡 Respond to after-hours emergencies during your scheduled on-call rotation
🤝 Coordinate with vendors and property management teams
👨‍🔧 Help train and mentor new maintenance technicians
😊 Deliver outstanding service to our residents

✔️ Valid driver's license
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred (apartment, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades)
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication
✔️ Comfortable using an iPhone for work orders
✔️ Able to work independently and perform the physical demands of the position
