$90,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring each resident receives personalized, compassionate attention.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, promptly addressing any changes or concerns to maintain optimal well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, following established protocols to support residents' health and recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that enhance residents' quality of life.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, fostering understanding and encouraging active participation in care decisions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development, embracing opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in providing compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents.
- Ability to monitor and assess health status, addressing changes promptly and effectively.
- Proven track record of training and supervising staff in medication administration and treatment protocols.
- Strong communication skills to educate residents and families on health management and wellness.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.
- Experience in conducting psychotropic reviews and skin assessments, ensuring medication availability as prescribed.
