Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships with brand partners and secure investments for the ZALORA Advertising Platform (ZAP) to improve their exposure and performance, while achieving advertising revenue targets.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-sized and smaller brand accounts as the main day-to-day contact.
- Identify suitable ZAP marketing opportunities based on each brand’s commercial priorities, campaign calendar, and budget.
- Guide brands through campaign planning, booking, creative-asset submission, and post-campaign follow-up.
- Build relationships with brand partners and proactively recommend relevant onsite, sponsored, and campaign visibility solutions.
- Plan and execute ZAP marketing campaigns across ZALORA channels.
- Coordinate internally with Commercial, Account Management, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Track account activity, campaign participation, and marketing investment; identify opportunities to grow recurring ZAP adoption.
- Support post-campaign reporting and communicate key results, learnings, and next-step recommendations to brands.
- Monitor campaign delivery, flag risks or delays early, and ensure all final campaign information is properly documented.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in campaign management and paid marketing performance
- Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative flair
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as their Google counterparts
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while being meticulous and detail-oriented
- A desire to gain hands-on experience with online marketing and web development strategies
- A discerning eye for fashion and design
