This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial growth for collaborative robotics across France, DACH, and CEE markets. You will develop strategic relationships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and end-users across laboratory automation and high-technology applications. The focus is on identifying automation opportunities where collaborative robots can improve repetitive, high-throughput, and precision-driven workflows. You will manage an independent territory while working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, new market development, and the expansion of innovative automation solutions. This is an entrepreneurial, consultative sales role suited to a commercially driven professional with strong technical understanding and a passion for robotics.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will own territory development and customer growth across the assigned markets, combining strategic account management with new business development.
- Execute the regional sales strategy across DACH, CEE, and France in alignment with regional commercial leadership.
- Manage and grow OEM and integrator accounts, strengthening customer relationships and generating repeat business.
- Identify and develop new opportunities across Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech, and Lab Automation/Integrators.
- Support system integration partners by providing the tools, training, sales materials, and resources needed to succeed.
- Develop sales and marketing collateral to support OEM and integrator engagement.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, customer visits, conferences, and industry events across the region.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence and customer feedback to R&D, Operations, Product Management, and other internal teams.
- Track sales performance, pipeline development, forecasts, and territory metrics.
- Support strategic regional initiatives and contribute to broader EMEA commercial planning.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, technical stakeholders, engineering teams, and strategic partners.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines proven territory sales experience with technical knowledge of automation, robotics, laboratory equipment, or other high-technology markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in automation, robotics, laboratory equipment, or high-technology markets.
- Proven track record in territory management, account development, business growth, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of laboratory automation and familiarity with Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech, or Lab Automation/Integrator environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders ranging from C-suite executives to engineering and technical teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory while collaborating effectively with regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned region, approximately 40% or more.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are highly desirable.
