*This position will cover the area of: Montgomery County

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed
• Serve meals and assist with feeding patients as necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff

What You Need:

• 1 year of Hospice preferred
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
• Driving License required
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology preferred
• Experience in memory care or acute care settings is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
