Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management — Manage assigned accounts proactively, using data insights to prioritize outreach and maximize recovery.

Advanced Negotiation — Apply sophisticated negotiation strategies to resolve complex cases and reduce escalations.

Omnichannel Knowledge — Communicate seamlessly across voice. Clearly understands the impact of digital channels in the collections environment.

Tech-Enabled Problem Solving — Use AI assistants, CRM tools, predictive analytics, and automated workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Compliance Mastery — Interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements confidently; serve as a resource for peers.

Qualifications

5+ years of collections experience in first, third party, healthcare, etc.

Proven success managing complex accounts with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and AI-supported workflows.

Deep understanding of federal and state compliance requirements.

Demonstrated ability to mentor peers or support team-level performance improvements.
