What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, you will:

· Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

· Help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

· Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.

· Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

· Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

· Supervise and support therapy aides, PTAs, and students, as applicable.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.

· Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.

· Active California PT or OT License in good standing.

· Current CPR Certification.

· Current TB clearance.

· Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.

· Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
