Compensation of $70,000-80,0000 Annually and eligible for up to 10% bonus annually.

Position Summary

Assist Senior and Supervising staff in maintaining accurate books and records of multiple projects as assigned in a manner that is in compliance with GAAP and the Company’s internal controls and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliations encompassing all balance sheet accounts, i.e. cash, accounts receivables, accrued liabilities, fixed assets, prepayments, interest expense from loan, etc.
  • Calculate monthly revenues and royalties.
  • Complete monthly close process including preparation of journal entries through posting.
  • Reconcile bank accounts for projects as assigned.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for projects as assigned.
  • Review work and prepare monthly written variance analysis on actual results for income and expense accounts compared to budget.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for assigned projects.
Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting designation is preferred. Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in accounting software besides QuickBooks. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make confident decisions based on the information available. Broad knowledge of accounting procedures and principles.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations or various project contracts. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The posted compensation is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Nevada. This salary range may also be modified in the future, depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
