Job Description

Property management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor as part of our growing operations within some of our properties in Texas. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of highly motivated property management and operation professionals. As the Maintenance Supervisor:

  • You will manage execution of maintenance and repair needs for existing property
  • You will supervise our team of maintenance technicians
  • You will need to be able to understand/execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc.
  • You will be play a key role on the team as well as interface with leadership

This Position Requires:

  • Ability to become proficient in understanding of our properties
  • Proven success in technical service/customer service management
  • Proven success in asset management
  • Proven success in customer relationship management
  • Proven success in compliance and utilization of current/upcoming technology to accomplish such.
  • Oversee field maintenance technicians.
  • Pool maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably a minimum of 10 years maintenance experience
  • 5 years service minimum supervisory/management experience
  • Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
  • Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred
  • Candidates must complete background screening process, including a clean driving record.

SALARY: Depends On Experience
