  • Build a metrics-driven organization through improved reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking that provides actionable insights into partner contribution and growth opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bring 10+ years of proven experience leading National Partner teams, with a demonstrated ability to manage strategic channel relationships and deliver measurable business results.
  • Have a strong track record of consistently exceeding established goals and objectives within a fast-growing, high-technology environment.
  • Possess a strong SaaS background and deep understanding of value drivers within recurring-revenue business models.
  • Have established executive-level relationships with major national cybersecurity channel partners, including organizations such as GuidePoint, CDW, SHI, WWT, Optiv, Presidio, ePlus, and Trace3.

  • Bring experience selling complex and technical products, ideally within cybersecurity, with cloud and/or data experience considered valuable.

  • Have strong cross-functional experience working across Sales, Marketing, Systems Engineering, Product, Services, and partner-facing teams.
  • Possess a deep understanding of partner economics and the strategic investments required to grow partner-sourced revenue streams.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial judgment, strong leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to building high-performing teams and long-term partner relationships.
