Vacanza Romana- Server in El Dorado Hills, California at Mimosa House LLC

Vacanza Romana is looking for experienced, hospitality-focused Servers to join our team. We are an upscale Italian restaurant focused on exceptional food, wine, and memorable guest experiences.

We are seeking dependable, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in providing excellent service.

Friday and Saturday availability is REQUIRED. Applicants who are unavailable on Friday or Saturday will not be considered for this position.

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Maintain strong knowledge of our food, wine, cocktails, and specials
• Make recommendations and confidently answer guest questions
• Properly course meals and monitor tables throughout the dining experience
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and management
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Wine and Italian food knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during high-volume service
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
• Additional evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred
