Summary

The Professional Learning Coordinator owns professional learning for engage2learn's internal team, leading the day-to-day design, delivery, and consistency of e2L University, video calibration, and coaching across the organization.

This role is part of the People Operations team and reports directly to the Chief People & Performance Officer (CPPO), collaborating closely with the CPPO on the design of e2L's professional learning strategy and programs. This role ensures quality execution of e2L University, the video calibration and coaching process, and coordination with the PL Tiger Team, keeping e2L's internal talent development system consistent and ready to scale.

Responsibilities

e2L University & Professional Learning

  • Partner with the CPPO on the design of e2L's professional learning strategy, programs, and standards, then own their execution across the organization.
  • Own the scheduling and coordination of e2L University sessions, including Weekly 1:1s, Quarterly WeGrowe Connections, Semi-Annual Growe Groups, 360 Feedback windows, and the Growe Talent Development Series.
  • Own and maintain professional learning materials and resources in the GroweLab platform so content stays current and accessible.
  • Track attendance, completion, and participation data across e2L University pillars.
  • Own the administration of competency-based Buerk Rubrics.

Delivery & Logistics

  • Own logistics for onsite and virtual professional learning days for e2L team members, including scheduling, materials, and communication with facilitators.
  • Prepare facilitators and coaches with materials and session logistics.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from professional learning sessions to improve future delivery.

Video Calibration & Coaching

  • Own and facilitate e2L's video calibration process, ensuring coaches and observers score consistently and reliably against the Buerk Rubrics.
  • Schedule calibration sessions and ensure video recordings, rubrics, and supporting materials are ready in advance.
  • Facilitate discussion during calibration sessions to align raters on scoring and interpretation.
  • Track calibration outcomes, flag rating inconsistencies, and follow up to keep scoring aligned over time.

Professional Learning Tiger Team Coordination

  • Coordinate the Professional Learning Tiger Team's meetings, action items, and documentation.
  • Maintain the team's plan, cadence, and deliverables tracker.

Onboarding

  • Own the coordination of the new-team-member onboarding experience, including scheduling and materials.
  • Connect new hires to relevant e2L University resources during onboarding.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in professional learning, coaching, or talent development
  • Experience with engage2learn's GROWE coaching model, or a comparable competency-based coaching framework
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently own and run recurring programs
  • Comfort using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and the GroweLab platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience in K-12 education and/or EdTech strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort facilitating group discussion and reviewing video-based coaching observations

Employment Details

  • This role is a member of the People Operations team and reports directly to the Chief People & Performance Officer (CPPO).
  • This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
  • This is a remote position with occasional onsite travel to support professional learning delivery.
  • Standard work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT with additional hours as necessary.
  • Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.
