EMAC Reimbursement Specialist || Indianapolis, IN || Onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana at INFO ORIGIN INC

Location: Indianapolis, IN || Onsite || Contract
Schedule: Weekdays, 37.5 hours/week

We are seeking an EMAC Reimbursement Specialist to support emergency management and disaster recovery activities.

• Review disaster reimbursement packets for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify timesheets, equipment records, expenses, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with agencies and personnel to resolve missing or incorrect information.
• Assist with EMAC requests, deployments, and resource tracking.
• Prepare and audit reimbursement packages for submission.
• Reconcile costs with assisting agencies and requesting clients.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.

• Emergency Management experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple agencies/personnel.
• Good computer, documentation, and basic math skills.
• Knowledge of EMAC is a plus; Just-in-Time training can be provided.
