Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our clinical programs. In this role, you will provide leadership to clinical staff, ensure programmatic compliance, and foster collaboration among departments to deliver high-quality care. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Woodhaven’s clinical programs and the clients we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision:
Direct and evaluate the performance of licensed counselors, counselors, counselor assistants, and floor coordinators.
Provide guidance, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities to clinical staff.
Program Management:
Implement and monitor policies to achieve clinical program goals under the direction of the Clinical Director.
Oversee quality assurance, ensuring compliance with OHMHAS standards and conducting peer reviews.
Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate continuity of care.
Represent the clinical team on committees and in performance improvement initiatives.
Education & Training:
Conduct training sessions, lectures, and professional development programs for staff and clients.
Clinical Service Delivery:
Conduct individual or group counseling sessions as needed to ensure client care.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree in health or human services-related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of clinical and/or supervisory experience.
Licensure/Certification:
LICDC-CS, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, or LISW-S preferred.
CPR certification required prior to start date (company-provided).
Skills:
Proficiency in office software and electronic health record systems.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
