This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape products that help organizations make smarter, more effective decisions through innovative technology.
You will collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify meaningful problems and deliver impactful solutions.
As a key contributor to the product lifecycle, you will drive discovery, roadmap execution, launches, and continuous improvements.
The position combines customer empathy, analytical thinking, and strategic execution within a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
You will work alongside Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create intuitive and valuable user experiences.

Accountabilities:

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions meet customer needs while supporting business objectives. This role requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and ownership across the product lifecycle.

  • Shape and execute product strategy by contributing customer insights, market research, and data-driven recommendations to roadmap planning.
  • Lead customer discovery initiatives through interviews, research, and feedback analysis to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define and deliver impactful product solutions.
  • Translate customer needs and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and actionable product requirements.
  • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to measure performance and guide future improvements.
  • Manage products throughout the entire lifecycle, including discovery, planning, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Support go-to-market activities by collaborating with marketing and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Advocate for customer needs by promoting simple, intuitive, and high-value product experiences.
  • Use AI-driven approaches and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and improved user outcomes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. They should be comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing competing needs, and making data-informed decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing products through discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong customer research and product discovery skills with the ability to translate insights into product strategy.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization and measure product success.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, make thoughtful trade-offs, and drive initiatives forward in a changing environment.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset and ownership mentality.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products, emerging AI technologies, product analytics, or customer feedback platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS products is preferred.
