Job Description
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Olympic Plumbing Technology is hiring a Trenchless Sewer Installer / Crew Member to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on construction and plumbing role focused on sewer and water line repair using trenchless methods such as pipe lining and pipe bursting.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well, works as part of a team, and can think through challenges in the field. This position is production-focused (no sales) and ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform trenchless sewer and water line repairs and replacements
- Assist with pipe lining, pipe bursting, and related trenchless methods
- Set up, operate, and maintain trenchless equipment
- Perform excavation for access points when required
- Assist with line pulls and system installations
- Remove and restore concrete or other surfaces as needed
- Follow job plans and adapt to field conditions
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and equipment
- Complete basic job documentation and communicate progress with team
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
- Adapt to changing job site conditions and unexpected challenges
- Think critically and help find solutions in the field
- Stay focused and productive in fast-paced environments
- Help the team keep jobs moving forward safely and efficiently
- High-quality, efficient job completion
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow direction and adapt in the field
- Reliable teamwork and communication
- Consistent attendance and work ethic
- Experience in plumbing, construction, or trenchless work preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license preferred
