You will contribute to invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, compliance activities, and financial analysis.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, external accountants, and service providers, you will help maintain strong financial controls.

The Finance and Accounts Executive will support financial operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting processes. The role requires strong ownership of financial data, reporting activities, and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Monitor and support daily finance operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and general accounting activities.
- Manage accounts receivable processes by following up on outstanding invoices, maintaining AR records, preparing projections, and performing detailed reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording expenses, processing bills, and updating internal accounting systems.
- Manage ERP activities, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and coordinate with external accountants and auditors.
- Collaborate with accounting partners, payroll vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Support direct and indirect tax activities, including GST filings, income tax processes, and preparation of periodic returns.
- Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders.
- Assist with additional finance projects and operational tasks as assigned by management.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, global environment.
- Certified Chartered Accountant qualification completed in 2025 or 2026 is mandatory.
- Entry-level candidates with strong academic foundations and relevant practical exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Indian direct taxation, GST compliance, bookkeeping, and revenue accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial data and reporting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
