The professional will be responsible for driving reliability, scalability, and efficiency across cloud environments, acting as a technical reference for SRE and infrastructure practices. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to deliver secure and optimized solutions.

• Act as a technical reference for SRE, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure within supported teams and client environments.
• Analyze cloud environments in GCP and/or AWS, identifying opportunities for technical improvements and cost optimization.
• Implement FinOps strategies, including resource rightsizing, cloud cost management, and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines to improve automation, reliability, and delivery processes.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, ensuring scalable and maintainable environments.
• Guarantee availability, performance, and scalability of production environments.
• Support cloud migration initiatives, including transitions between different cloud platforms.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
• Implement and improve monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, and cloud-native monitoring services.
• Provide consultative support, communicating technical recommendations clearly with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SRE/DevOps professional with strong cloud infrastructure expertise and a track record of improving reliability, automation, and operational efficiency. A combination of technical depth and communication skills is essential for success in this role.

• 7+ years of experience working with SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure environments.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with FinOps, including cloud cost management and resource optimization.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters, orchestration, GKE, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous development experience with Java and/or Python, supporting a better understanding of application environments.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and DataDog.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security practices, including identity management, vulnerability scanning, and security analysis tools.
• Cloud certifications from GCP and/or AWS are considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
