  • Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, introducing best practices, mentoring team members, and promoting operational excellence across testing activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between QA, development, publishing, and other cross-functional teams, translating production milestones into clear testing objectives.
  • Provide transparent reporting on build stability, testing progress, product quality, and release readiness through data-driven communication.
  • Coordinate and oversee external QA vendors and outsourcing partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, consistent testing quality, and efficient integration of external feedback into development pipelines.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Quality Assurance experience within the video game industry, covering both development and publishing environments.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a QA leadership role with demonstrated experience managing teams, delegating responsibilities, mentoring colleagues, and driving performance.
  • Strong understanding of modern software testing methodologies, structured QA processes, and technical build pipelines.
  • Proven experience collaborating with external QA vendors, outsourcing partners, or co-development studios.
  • Advanced proficiency with QA and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar test management platforms.
  • Experience designing comprehensive test plans, writing structured test cases, and improving testing workflows.
  • Experience contributing to the launch of AA or AAA video game titles is highly desirable.
  • Passion for video games, particularly Action RPG or Soulslike genres, combined with excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with an annual discretionary performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing benefits package.
  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours and core collaboration time.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and career development.
  • Exposure to innovative technologies and large-scale game development projects.
