Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Stratum is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead operations at Westgate Apartment Homes, a 204-unit apartment community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property management professional who enjoys leading teams, driving occupancy, enhancing resident satisfaction, and delivering strong financial performance.

• $66,560–$87,360 annual salary
• $50/month cell phone stipend

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of a 204-unit apartment community
• Lead, coach, and support on-site team members
• Manage leasing performance, occupancy, and resident retention
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and rent collections
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant regulations
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and vendor services
• Resolve resident concerns while fostering a positive community environment

• Previous property management experience required
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
