Position Highlights

What You'll Do

• Evaluate speech, language, and feeding needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapy in the home environment
• Complete clinical documentation
• Coach caregivers on communication strategies
• Coordinate care with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Mentor or supervise SLPAs if interested

Requirements

Arizona SLP license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, and strong clinical judgment.
