Job Title: Office Cleaner (After Hours)
Location: Rochester, NY
Job Type: Part Time
Schedule: 3.5 hours a day from 4:45 pm-8:15 pm Monday-Friday

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to help maintain a clean, professional environment after business hours. This role is essential in ensuring the office is ready for the next workday.

Job Summary:
The Office Cleaner is responsible for performing basic cleaning duties in a commercial office setting after normal business hours. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and can be trusted to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors)
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners in all areas
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust desks, shelves, and surfaces
  • Wipe down high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, etc.)
  • Clean kitchen/breakroom areas (counters, sinks, microwave, tables)
  • Refill supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
  • Lock doors and turn off lights as instructed
  • Report any maintenance or security concerns to supervisor

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work evenings, after office closes
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks such as bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $19/hr


3.5 hours a day from 4:45 pm-8:15 pm Monday-Friday
17.5 hours/week
