Job Description
The Maintenance & Project Supervisor will oversee maintenance activities execution and project management within assigned perimeter (service stations in the Network, and other point of sales) for compliance with company guidelines and contractual agreements; might be assigned the follow up of general trade sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Ensuring that the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines are followed at all the time doing spot evaluations and inspections at Job Sites.
•Ensuring the execution of Prevention Plan System and associated work permits
•Developing action plans to improve contractor safety performance and compliance with safety rules
•Managing of repairs jobs not covered in the maintenance contracts.
•Ensuring the execution of activities within the negotiated maintenance contractors as per the response time and Preventive Maintenance schedule.
•Following up on recurring maintenance issues and non-solved tasks.
•Pre-establishing routine schedule monthly visit to the service stations in the Network.
•Assisting the Technical Manager in bid process for maintenance contracts so as to keep the costs at an optimized level.
•Assisting the Technical Manager in developing the yearly maintenance budget and the investment program (based on the analysis of the interventions, the state of the equipment in place, etc.) to be submitted to management.
•Contributing to the execution of the computer assisted maintenance program.
•Managing the assigned construction and equipment projects as per company’s project management process
•Verifying contract invoices for partial and final payments.
•Monitoring cost control not to exceed the approval budget and schedule in the Internal Order.
•Keeping up-to date the list of assets of service station in his/her perimeter (ensure on time transmission of the relevant documentation about termination of inverted projects and movement of equipment to Accounting in order to keep the assets file up-to-date).
•Maintaining up-to-date the administrative tasks (MIGOs related to POs, contracts, etc.) especially for the closing of each period (months, years).
•Maintaining actualized the various project status files
Position Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering
•Project management course or proven experience is highly recommended.
•Experience managing capital expenditure reporting of projects a plus.
•Experience in maintenance and construction in the petroleum product business, or similar risky industry.
•Possess organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
•Computer skills (Office, SAP, etc.).
•Analytical and Technical skills.
•Negotiation skills.

Compensation
- $50,000 annually (exempt)
