- 3rd Shift: $59,400.00
- Higher starting rates may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.

We are seeking an experienced, highly qualified Warehouse Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership in our warehouse and distribution operation.
This is not an entry-level supervisory position. We are seeking proven leaders who can independently manage ~50 employees each day, maintain productivity and quality standards, enforce safety requirements, solve operational problems, and hold their teams accountable for results.
The successful candidate will have substantial warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or related operational experience combined with a demonstrated record of successful employee supervision.
Minimum Education & ExperienceCandidates must meet at least ONE of the following three qualification paths:
Option 1 — Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) from an accredited college or university; and
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or a closely related operational environment; and
- Demonstrated experience supervising and leading employees in an operational environment.
- Associate degree (2-year degree) from an accredited college or university; and
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or a closely related operational environment; and
- Demonstrated experience supervising and leading employees in an operational environment.
- High school diploma or GED; and
- Minimum 7 years of direct supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or a closely related operational environment; and
- Demonstrated experience directly supervising teams of 15 or more employees.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day performance of an assigned shift, department, or warehouse operating area. Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold warehouse employees accountable for performance.
- Assign employees and allocate labor based on daily workload and operational requirements.
- Monitor productivity, throughput, accuracy, quality, and other operational KPIs.
- Ensure employees follow established warehouse processes and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain strong safety performance and consistently enforce company safety requirements.
- Manage employee attendance, punctuality, conduct, and performance.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and appropriate corrective-action documentation promptly.
- Ensure picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and related warehouse activities are performed accurately and efficiently.
- Use the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor and manage warehouse activity.
- Identify and resolve operational problems before they negatively affect productivity, quality, or customers.
- Investigate recurring productivity, inventory, accuracy, and quality issues and implement corrective action.
- Coordinate effectively with warehouse management, shipping, receiving, customer service, HR, and other departments.
- Conduct effective shift handoffs and communicate outstanding operational issues.
- Monitor staffing requirements and communicate current and anticipated labor needs.
- Prepare and communicate productivity, staffing, safety, quality, and other operational reports.
- Maintain an organized, professional, productive, and accountable work environment.
- Independently resolve normal shift-level operating issues and appropriately escalate significant matters.
