This remote, full-time role provides the operational foundation that keeps complex projects moving efficiently from planning through completion.
You will partner with project managers and cross-functional teams spanning program management, commercial operations, finance, order management, and technology.
The position combines project coordination, documentation, financial tracking, reporting, risk support, and process quality.
Your work will help teams maintain visibility into milestones, resources, budgets, revenue, and potential issues.
You’ll play a key role in improving accountability, communication, and execution across the project lifecycle.

- Support project planning and coordination by reviewing post-purchase-order project documentation and helping develop schedules, task assignments, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, change logs, action items, and supporting records.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to promote alignment, transparency, and timely information sharing.
- Assist with resource tracking, including personnel, tools, and materials, to ensure project needs are appropriately supported.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, identify potential delays or issues, and provide timely progress updates to stakeholders.
- Support project financial management by monitoring revenue, budgets, and expenses in partnership with Project Managers.
- Identify and document operational risks, gaps, and discrepancies, while supporting mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Ensure project documentation, communications, and deliverables comply with established quality and process standards.
- Resolve administrative and operational roadblocks proactively to help projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects, operations, financial administration, or cross-functional business processes.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid Excel capabilities, including the ability to create pivot tables and generate analytical reports.
- Experience using financial management systems, reporting tools, or related business software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to define issues, identify practical solutions, and follow through to completion.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple priorities and project records.
- Strong communication, listening, facilitation, and consensus-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Estimated base salary of $68,000–$93,500 per year, with individual compensation determined by factors such as location, skills, expertise, and experience.
