Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of intermediate to complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise, including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems to develop requirements for configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions to intermediate to complex problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and information technology solutions. This role also requires an understanding of the assigned system applications, functions, and features end-users would experience.
Job Duties:
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Epic Radiant and related imaging workflows within the enterprise EHR environment. You will analyze clinical and operational workflows, gather requirements, and develop Epic solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
As a subject matter expert, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, develop build specifications, perform testing, and collaborate with radiologists, technologists, schedulers, operational leaders, and IT teams to improve workflows and system performance. You will support upgrades, new implementations, integrated workflows, and ongoing optimization efforts while ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions.
Key responsibilities include designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic Radiant functionality; analyzing business requirements; coordinating upgrades and enhancements; validating cross-application impacts; maintaining documentation; mentoring team members; and participating in implementation and on-call support activities as needed.
This position is part of the Epic Radiant Team and focuses on supporting and enhancing imaging workflows across the organization. While remote, occasional travel or on-site support may be required.

Work Schedule:
Remote position. 8 am to 5 pm, and on-call support for staff as needed. Occasional weekend work to support system upgrades or special projects. Primarily work from home, but expected to go onsite as needed for support.

- Possession of a valid Epic Radiant certification is highly preferred.
- Substantial experience with Epic Radiant, PACS, RIS, or other imaging systems.
- Experience implementing projects within a clinical IT or healthcare technology environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions, with strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of radiology workflows, including scheduling, imaging, reporting, and results management, is preferred.
