The Role
You'll run residential service calls scheduled by dispatch — diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.

What You'll Do
- Run residential HVAC service calls — repairs, replacements, maintenance, and system inspections
- Diagnose issues accurately and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
- Deliver clean, high-quality work and keep your job site and vehicle professional
- Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan (training provided)
What We're Looking For
- A goal-driven technician comfortable earning through performance
- Strong homeowner communication and a customer-first attitude
- Valid Texas HVAC license (or actively working toward)
- EPA 608 certification required
- 2+ years of residential service experience preferred
- NATE or ICE certification a plus
- ServiceTitan experience preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
