This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service & Delivery based in United States.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling end-to-end service delivery for a rapidly growing Creditors Rights business.
You will own discovery, scoping, implementation, and filing across new and expanding accounts.
The role combines strategic operating-model design with direct execution while the function continues to mature.
You will translate complex legal and jurisdictional requirements into clear, scalable workflows, tools, and quality standards.
The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, Litigation Support, and other service delivery teams.
You will also oversee third-party filing partners, manage escalations, and monitor performance, quality, and operational readiness.
This opportunity is well suited to an action-oriented leader who enjoys building infrastructure, teams, and processes in an evolving environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expanding Creditors Rights accounts.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Creditors Rights service delivery, including legal and procedural requirements.
  • Translate jurisdictional and procedural nuances into scalable operational processes.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve the end-to-end workflow from discovery through scoping, implementation, and filing.
  • Research new suit and affidavit filing requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Monitor changes in jurisdictional and procedural requirements and incorporate them into operational processes.
  • Build the workflows, tools, documentation, and training infrastructure required to scale the function.
  • Establish quality-control processes and standards for Creditors Rights service delivery.
  • Define and monitor service-level agreements and productivity benchmarks.
  • Partner directly with Sales on new business handoffs, ensuring appropriate scoping and clear expectations.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships responsible for filing activities.
  • Monitor vendor performance, quality, service levels, and escalations.
  • Manage caseloads and address client escalations directly when required.
  • Track and report on delivery performance, operational bottlenecks, and readiness for further scale.
  • Provide senior leadership with visibility into service delivery performance and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Litigation Support, Server Network, and other Service Delivery functions to align operating practices.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to integrate Creditors Rights workflows into the broader operational model.
  • Help establish the processes and infrastructure needed to transition the function from foundational operations to a scalable delivery organization.
  • Lead through ambiguity while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Support continuous improvement of service delivery processes, documentation, tooling, and team capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of discovery, scoping, filing requirements, and jurisdictional nuances.
  • Proven experience building operational processes and frameworks from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and scaling service delivery teams in legal services, legal technology, or a comparable operational environment.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors supporting filing or other operational delivery functions.
  • Strong project management and process-design capabilities.
  • Ability to design scalable operating models while remaining personally involved in execution.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales during new-business implementation and handoffs.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working with dotted-line technical resources in partnership with Product or Technology teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working without a fully mature playbook.
  • Action-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership of hands-on operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to establish productive relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop clear documentation, workflows, standards, and training materials.
  • Experience establishing quality controls, SLAs, productivity metrics, or similar operational performance frameworks.
Benefits:
  • Full-time, salaried position.
  • Compensation of $175,000–$250,000, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility to participate in a company bonus plan.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Disability insurance.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Necessary work equipment provided.
  • Work-from-home stipend.
