Position Overview:
Our athletics department is looking for a Head Boys Flag Football Coach. In this position, you will lead our Varsity athletes to help improve their individual skills and team performance. This may involve running drills, leading conditioning exercises, or providing game strategies. You will also supervise team games and coordinate travel logistics for away events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help supervise every minute of every practice/activity

• Help lead team practices and conditioning sessions

• Assist with in-game strategies

• Coordinate travel plans for away games

Qualifications:

• A degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience playing football or a related team sport at the high school or college level, plus past coaching experience.

• Thorough understanding of game rules and coaching techniques

• Strong leadership and communication skills as well as organizational abilities.
