As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the steady, reassuring presence our patients and their families count on. Your skill, attention, and compassion will help ensure continuity of care, reduce stress for patients, and support our clinical team in delivering the highest standards of patient care. You will be a vital link in creating a safe, healing environment-right when it is needed most.

What You Will Do

• Provide basic patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and routine restorative care and services in accordance with the resident’s individualized care plan and as directed by supervisors.
• Ensure the resident’s needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly in the electronic health record system.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in the patient’s condition, escalating concerns as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
• Assist with the transportation of residents as needed via fleet vehicles.
• Perform all nursing care behaviors described in the Certified Nursing Assistant job description.

What You Will Bring

• Completion of a state certified nursing assistant program.
• Certification as Nursing Assistant I, and is currently listed with the Nursing Assistant central registry with no substantiated findings or misappropriation of property.
• Must be able to work under the direction of a licensed nurse, have strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
