VeraPro Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vehicle Processing Associate to support a busy automotive operation. This hands-on role involves checking in vehicles, organizing inventory, moving vehicles safely, and helping prepare them for sale or delivery.

Responsibilities

Check in new and pre-owned vehicles, document their condition, and report any issues.
Move vehicles safely around the dealership and between local storage lots.
Organize vehicle inventory and maintain clean, orderly parking areas.
Track vehicle progress through the reconditioning process and update records using a computer or smartphone.
Assist with vehicle stocking, photos, and daily logistics for sales, service, and fleet teams.
Perform or coordinate minor vehicle maintenance, such as adjusting tire pressure, jump-starting vehicles, and installing hubcaps.
Assist with lot cleanup, snow removal, and rearranging vehicles as needed.
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work independently or with a team.
Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience driving a variety of passenger and commercial vehicles is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Most work takes place outdoors throughout all four seasons, with exposure to weather, dust, odors, and vehicle fumes.
Must be able to stand, walk, and crouch for up to 80% of the workday and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
